Gladys Tibbo Witt, qualified as a registered trade-mark Agent in 1991, and has been with the firm since 1989.  Gladys has considerable experience in all facets of trade-mark prosecution and opposition practice before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO), allowing her to provide clients of all sizes and across all industry sectors with practical and creative solutions for acquiring, managing and protecting their trade-mark portfolios.

Gladys is currently a member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada(IPIC) and has been a member of the IPIC Trade-marks Practice and Legislation Committees that serve important roles both as liaisons between CIPO and trade-mark practitioners, as well as considering developing issues at the forefront of Canadian trade-mark law. She is also a member of the International Trademark Association.
