Shaun Mousseau concentrates on the drafting and prosecuting of patent applications in Canada and internationally, including U.S. and PCT patent applications, as well as having extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of industrial design applications.  Shaun also provides research and preparation of infringement, validity and patentability opinions to clients. 

Prior to joining Shapiro Cohen, Shaun managed the Patent Agency at an IP firm, and was responsible for the prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications, including PCT, and Industrial Designs, as well as handling all formality matters relating to such applications.
