Gordon Freedman advises clients across a broad range of technical industries and disciplines with respect to all aspects of intellectual property law. He has particular expertise in the fields of Electronics, including semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor circuit design, miniturisation, communications and transducer systems and information technology, including software, consumer electronics, security, image processing, and communications.

Mr. Freedman advises clients on patent portfolio creation, management, and strategic monetization. He also advises clients and assists them in steering through the laws relating to software copyright, open source software, and software licensing.

With clients ranging from early stage technology start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Freedman brings a very business centric approach to patents and to patent enforcement.
